Here is how this works in practice. We check a production's power needs and source the right solution from Morocco's gear base around Ouarzazate and Casablanca — super-silent power packs for sound-sensitive dialogue work, high-capacity tow plant for large lighting loads, and battery systems for compact remote setups. Our team handles delivery, fuelling and tech support, and works with qualified Moroccan electricians skilled in film production.

Here is the breakdown. On the ground, morocco's mains supply is 220V/50Hz, so on the standing stages at Atlas Studios and CLA Studios in Ouarzazate, or at locations in Casablanca and Marrakech with enough infrastructure, we can set up tie-ins as a more economical alternative to generation. For everything else, power packs are the backbone of the package.

Here is how this works in practice. Remote desert power is where Moroccan shoots live or die. A great deal of shooting happens far from any grid — the Sahara dunes at Merzouga, the Atlas Mountains, the desert around Ait Benhaddou — so we plan complete power packs options including fuel logistics, noise mitigation and trusted multi-day operation. Desert conditions are demanding: summer temperatures above 40°C in Ouarzazate.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. On the ground, the Sahara force power packs derating and careful cooling, fine sand and dust need sealed housings and frequent air-filter servicing, and cool desert nights bring condensation and cold starts. We size generation with headroom for startup loads and these site-level factors. All power work follows Moroccan electrical safety rules. Power hire from Moroccan vendors is billed in dirham (MAD) and counts as qualifying spend toward the CCM 30% cash rebates.
